Vivek has over 26 years of experience in coaching, training and organisational development. Since 1995, he was a Leader in Landmark Education Worldwide and was designated a Seminar Leader in 1996 after a thorough and rigorous training of over a year and a half. From 1998 to 2003 he was Centre Manager for North India operations. He led more than 60 Landmark Seminars for their customers, and trained and developed Seminar Leaders, SELP Leaders and other Leaders for over 16 years at Landmark Worldwide. He has also led and delivered over 400 Mission Control Productivity Workshops since July 2003.
Coaching Philosophy: He believes in learning that is transformational, in that it causes a shift in one’s perspective. He operates from the belief in his coaching and program delivery that people are great, they may some barriers to expressing their greatness. His training in creating conversations that are provocative, straight and yet respectful not only delivers powerful coaching and learning but is also refreshing and illuminating for people.
